Part 1- Michael went to Brennan's Market to pick up a few items for dinner. It was raining, and the wind had blown water through the market's door whenever it was opened. As Michael entered through the door, he slipped and fell in the water that had accumulated on the floor. The manager know of the weather conditions but had not posted any signs to warn customers of the water hazard. Michael injured his back as a result of the fall, and sued Brennan's for damages.
