Problem
1. In this section, discuss the three expansion locations: Amsterdam (Holland), Rio de Janerio (Brazil), and Bangalore (India). DO NOT discuss New York City. Also, make sure to discuss the countries, and not the regions (in other words, do not cover "NORTHAM," "LATAM," etc.
2. Subheading for Market Expansion Section: Economic Data. Here, share facts and figures about each country, such as population trends, GDP, unemployment rate, etc. Do NOT include charts.This should be in paragraph (not bullet) form.
3. Subheading 2 for Market Expansion Section: Cultural Data. Here, you MUST discuss the Hofstede Cultural Dimensions for each country. Do NOT include a graph/picture; rather discuss the scores for each country on a variety of dimensions in this section. Make it so it is easy to compare, therefore, cover one dimension, share the scores for each country, then move onto the next dimension. Organizationally, the best way to complete this section of the paper is to first introduce one of the Hofstede factors. Define what that factor (such as individualism-collectivism) means. Next, share the scores for the three countries. Then, go to the next Hofstede factor. Define that factor, then share the scores for the three countries, and so on. This should be in paragraph form.
