Discuss the term sociological imagination and how it can apply to one of the four scenarios listed in the assignment list. Your overview of the concept of Sociological Imagination should be at least 3-4 paragraphs long.
Sociological imagination asks us to consider the idea that circumstances that affect our lives are sometimes outside of our control. Societal forces are always at play, affecting us positively or negatively - whether we like it or not. In the second half of the paper you will want to connect the concept of sociological imagination to the social problem you select.
You will want to provide an overview of the social problem and why this is a social problem in the US. Provide data on the social problem and talk about current trends with this social problem in the US.
