a) The impact of COVID-19 on Onboarding and Training (Chapter 8): During COVID-19, eLearning has become more popular. List and discuss the steps for onboarding new employees virtually (hint; see Chapter 7 Spotlight on HRM). In your opinion is eLearning an effective way to onboard and train new employees, why/why not?

b) The impact of COVID-19 on Compensation (Chapter 9): During COVID-19, organizations had to approach compensation in different ways. Many organizations began to hire employees from across Canada, if not the world. Given that salaries differ greatly throughout Canada and the World, what do you think is a fair way to compensate employees working in different parts of Canada and/or the world? You may find it helpful to research what companies have had to do to ensure fairness in pay within their organization.

c) COVID-19 - Workplace of the Future: Imagine we are in the year 2024 and the COVID Pandemic has been declared officially over. In your opinion how do you think workplaces will be changed. Will the post COVID workplace look the same or different from current COVID workplaces? Support your opinion with research.
