Problem
As a leadership and change management consultant, you are faced with a traditional organization that used to enjoy being in a stable sector, where there was a lot of stability, as change was not an everyday occurrence. However, as you interact with management, staff and even customers of the organization, you realized that change has started to be a constant reality in the way things are done. That means the organization needs to become a learning organization, but nobody seems to have woken up to that reality. Thus, you need to educate them on where they are and where they need to be.
