Problem 2: Is it mainly to enhance what leaders do (that is, behavior) or to enhance who leaders are (that is, aim)? Problem 3: Explain how does this increase the leader's global competence? Problem 4: Explain how does each implement, or not, to the case? Problem 5: Determine the issues of the case? Explain how did they take place and why; illustrate the motivational issue?
