Your task is to read the above case study in your textbook and complete the 5 case study questions on p314 (under the heading ‘In the role of Eric') by performing the following tasks:-
1. Analyse the case study
2. Discuss the relevant IHRM issues/challenges
3. Apply relevant theories, concepts and models
4. Answer the case questions
The research requirement for the assignment is between 8-10 different journal articles from the academic research literature. Please note that it is unacceptable to solely rely on the text book as a means of research.
