b. Make recommendation(s) on how these issues could be addressed.

3. Discuss the relationship among quality, value and satisfaction and their roles for developing a long-term relationship with customers. Pick one case from all the cases assigned throughout this semester and relate your discussion to the case.

4. a) In many (if not most) circumstances, cutting prices to increase sales volume is not a good idea. Explain why this is so.

b) What are some alternatives that are preferable to cutting prices?
