With the popularity of networks, such as ESPN, it is easy to turn on the television and be exposed to conversations tied to the qualities of good coaching. Even in our own lives, we have been exposed to coaching in some capacity, whether through little league, learning to ride a bike, or learning how to knit. Whenever we learn or teach a new skill, we participate in the act of coaching.
