Problem
There are several nursing care delivery models in Chapter 12. There may be other models that students have experienced in their own practice settings, as organizations may try different models to incorporate staffing ratios, unlicensed assistive personnel, specialty services, or collaboration with hospitalists.
Discuss the pros and cons of at least two models as discussed in the textbook.
Include in your post a description of what is used in your own workplace. Share examples of what has worked and what has not worked.
Comment on the role of the nurse manager in each of the models that you have selected.
