Manage Stakeholder Engagement and Control Stakeholder Engagement
You will extend your paper from WBS 3 to discuss the process of "Manage Stakeholder Engagement" and the process of "Control Stakeholder Engagement." This paper will add additional pages and build upon the information presented in your first paper and include at least two additional references (textbook or journal article) for a minimum of six references. Address the inputs, outputs, tools, and techniques associated with each process in this paper. The paper should be the combined length of the previous paper and this one.
Requirements
Using the required sources of information, write an APA formatted paper discussing the "Management Stakeholder Engagement" and "Control Stakeholder Engagement" processes in project management.
Each source of material (from your readings) must be referenced, at least once, within the body of your paper.
Provide an overview of each process.
Address each input, tool or technique, and output from the readings in your paper. Make sure you clearly separate each process in the paper using appropriate APA headings.
Use six "Stakeholder Management" sources of information including the ones you used in the first paper (2 mandatory sources and 4 of your choice).
