Discussion Post: Training & Development
• Discuss the potential legal issues that relate to training. Post your initial dialogue by Thursday of the second week of the period.
• Based on the all of the reading you have done this semester present to your group your view of the future for training and development. Use information you have gathered from the internet and academic references. Defend your position.
• Present what should be included in a program that prepares employees for cross-cultural or overseas assignments.
