a) Assume you are on a search committee to replace the project manager for the failing complex project we have been discussing. One of the problems with the project manager was a lack of leadership. Recommend a leadership style (charismatic, transformational, coalitional, or Machiavellian) you would recommend, and why.
b) Discuss the positive and negative impacts that culture can have on your project.
c) Identify a plan to take advantage of the positive impacts while minimizing the negative impacts.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
