Select an institutional policy in your practice setting affecting patients, service, or staff to identify and discuss the following issues:
a) Discuss the policy initiative and its stakeholders.
b) Describe the perceived outcome(s) resulting from the selected initiative and how it addresses the health care issue.
c) Identify pros and cons to the initiative and how these impact stakeholders.
The response should include a reference list. One-inch margins, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
