In their final chapters, Blackaby & Blackaby discuss the pitfalls and the rewards of leadership.
a. Do you agree with their conclusions? Are there some that you believe are not so important and they could have deleted? Are there others that they should have included?
b. In your opinion, which of the pitfalls are ones that affect you (or leaders around you) most? Include examples.
c. Which of the rewards motivate you most in your position? Include examples.
d. How do these relate to leadership ethics?
e. Also, after reading Proverbs 11-19 and viewing the related presentations, discuss what you have learned about wisdom as it relates to your position as an educational leader.

After reading Proverbs 20-31 and viewing the related presentations, discuss what you have learned about wisdom as it relates to your position as an educational leader. Discuss and evaluate specific ways to bring moral instruction to life in school communities.
