Problem
A 65-year-old male had a colonoscopy performed 2 days prior to this admit for Crohn's disease. He was having a lot of abdominal pain in the last few days. A CT scan ordered by his physician showed a perforated left colon. A repair of the colon is performed endoscopically. The physician documents that the perforation was a complication of the colonoscopy.
