Homework: Create A D&I Infrastructure
Length: 3 to 5 pages.
Choose an organization that you currently work for or are very familiar with and create a D&I infrastructure for that organization that addresses the following:
I. Discuss the organization's vision and mission.
II. Identify the various diversity dimensions the organization may have. Hint: These were discussed.
III. Create a comprehensive D&I infrastructure that includes:
i. A Diversity Council. Outline its mission, goals, and structure. Discuss who will be involved in the council and what their roles will be. Also, discuss how the council will collect, analyze, and evaluate the progress of the organization's D&I strategy.
ii. An Employee Resource Group (ERG). Discuss how it will work in tandem with the Diversity Council. Determine who will be involved and its structure. Also, discuss how the group will measure success. Will it be measured through retention, engagement, talent development?
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
