Discuss the moral minimum in terms of both negative and

The moral minimum for corporate responsibility (or CSR) is 'do no harm'. Simon, Powers and Gunnemann (1972) discuss the moral minimum in terms of both negative and affirmative duties and introduce the Kew Garden Principles for determining when corporations have affirmative duties.

Firstly, explain the three viewpoints on CSR, commonly referred to as:

(i)  the narrow classical economic view.

(ii) the broader socio-economic view, and

(iii)the broad maximal view.

Secondly, discuss the relevance of Simon et ars (1972) Kew Garden Principles to each of these three viewpoints on corporate responsibility (CSR). Illustrate you discussion with relevant workplace/business examples.
