Assignment:
Search the case of Tennessee v. Garner (1985). The case is readily available in both written and audio formats. Read or listen to the case and be familiar with the facts and legal decision. Discuss both the majority opinion and the dissenting opinion. Since the case of Tennessee v. Garner involved the use of force against an unarmed youth, Discuss whether or not there would be a time to use deadly force against an "unarmed" suspect, based on the provision of the case. (2 pages, Time New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced). Two scholarly journal articles should be included as references.
