Assignment: International business management
You are asked to complete a research report in this course. This is an opportunity for you to practice and improve your research and writing skills. The purpose of this research report is for you to culminate the learning achieved in the course by describing your understanding and application of knowledge in the field of international management.
Chose a topic from the list below and incorporate at least three other related empirical studies of your choice.
1. Diversity with respect to differences such as gender, race, and nationality in a domestic and global workplace
2. Adaptation in an intercultural, multicultural, and multi-diverse business environment
3. Models of culture classifications
4. Business practices from cultures around the world
5. Approaches to culture in the workplace in the United States and globally
6. Diversity in a multicultural, intercultural and diverse business environment
The report must:
(a) Identify the main issues in the chosen area,
(b) Contain and reference new learning that has occurred,
(c) Build upon class activities or incidents that facilitated learning and understanding, and
(d) Present specific current and/or future applications and relevance to the typical workplace.
The research report should also focus on real-life, real-time application of topics covered in this course: the uses you have seen and the uses you can envision.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
