Chiutsi Tobacco (Pvt) Ltd advertised a reward of US$1 000 to any person giving information leading to the arrest of thieves who had robbed the company and to the recovery of all stolen goods. Without prior knowledge of this reward, James provided the required information which led to the arrest of the thieves and the recovery of all the stolen goods. He is now claiming the reward after getting to know of its existence.
