Child Advice. You meet a juvenile. Out of concern, you want to ensure the juvenile stays away from drugs. What reasons, tactics and data would you use to ground your discussion with the juvenile? At what age do you believe it is appropriate to have this discussion with a juvenile so he/she can understand that they are the only one responsible for their actions and the consequences that follow.
