Unfortunately most individuals do not plan for end of life care. Often this subject is considered taboo in most families and becomes a challenge for families as they are faced with decisions regarding care of loved ones at end of life. o Discuss in 250 to 300 words the importance of preparing the necessary documents related to current issues specific to death and dying. Consider the following documents and their significance not only to your death but to family: Life Insurance, Death Certificate, Advance Directives, Living Will, Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care, Will (testate versus intestate), Trusts, and Pour-over will.
