Introduction:
For this task, complete the Aseptic Technique and Culturing Microbes LabPaq experiment . Next, you will complete the microbial identification experiments listed below and write a lab report discussing the results of these experiments.
Microbial identification experiments:
• Biochemical Testing for Microbial Identification-Methyl Red, Voges-Proskauer, and Catalase LabPaq experiment using Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus epidermidis
• Biochemical Testing for Microbial Identification-Carbohydrate Fermentation LabPaq experiment using Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Staphylococcus epidermidis
• Bacterial Identification through Functional Media-Motility Testing LabPaq experiment using Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus epidermidis
Note: You will need the Staphylococcus epidermidis culture for Task , so do not discard it.

A. Write a lab report about the Aseptic Technique and Culturing Microbes LabPaq experiment and the microbial identification experiments in which you do the following:
