Research any pertinent US Supreme Court case, where it can be argued the Court became a policymaker. In addition to summarizing the case, be sure to address the following questions in a minimum 2 pages Word document:
a) Defend or dispute the Court's holding in this case.
b) Discuss the impact of this case with respect to policy.
c) Do you believe the Justices should have agreed to hear this case? Be specific.
