Your company A partners with other companies B,C and D as well. In order to complete the project you need other's companies participation too. The Deadline for the project is coming soon, but the companies don't get along with each other. It seems to you that it would be better if you work on your own, and try to complete the project.
What would you do. Rank the following statements form 1 more likely to 7 less likely.
1)Try talk with different member of each company and encourage them to work together.
2) Meet with each member individual, assign their specific part, and give them deadlines about their parts. Explain to them that, if they complete their part, you'll be the one to put all the project pieces together.
