Management of the supplier requirements will include the following:
1. Detail what you would expect your suppliers to provide in a request for information, quotation, and proposal (RFI/Q/P).
2. Provide guidelines for how you would evaluate these elements once they are submitted by the supplier.
3. Discuss the general approach to documenting and managing the contracts.
