Discuss the exclusionary rule and Fruits of the Poisonous Tree doctrine. Illustrate the foundations of each and critically analyze the following:
• What do the exclusionary rule and fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine seek to accomplish? Are they effective in doing so?
• Describe the exceptions to the exclusionary rule, including attenuation, independent source, inevitable discovery, and good faith.
• What possible positive or negative effects can come from either of these?
