For your assignment, you are to distinguish the range of systems of freedom of expression around the world, including the right to dissent, to monitor and criticize power and to assemble and petition for redress of grievances. To do this, you are to identify a nation with a government that does not offer the freedoms present for citizens in the United States. Contrast that government's response to the above named freedoms present in the United States (e.g. freedom of expression, dissent, monitor, criticize power and assemble and petition for redress of grievances).
You will need to reference at least two articles that discuss this country's policies (you can use more). This essay must be a minimum of 500 words, typed, double-spaced, normal margins.
