Read the article "The Five Trademarks of an Agile Organization - Mckinsey".
Post a brief reflection (about 400 words) covering the following:
1) Consider the "organizations as machines" vs. "organizations as organism" concept discussed in the article. Describe in your own words the evolution of modern business toward a more agile model. Relate that concept to your capstone team, your client's organization, and/or a prior work experience.
2) Consider the way your team is managing your capstone project versus other group projects you have worked on in the past. Have you experienced a "mind-set shift" in the way you approach group project work? Of the five trademarks of agile listed in the article, discuss one or two that you feel relates most to your capstone project team.
