Option 1 - Attend Seminar: Police Liability and Terrorism
This Seminar will discuss the ever-growing issue of police liability. It is an often misunderstood issue and this Seminar will be used to clarify it.
One way that police are held accountable for their actions is under Section 1983 of the Federal Code. This area has been the basis of many criminal cases such as Graham v. Connor. Finally, the Seminar will look at the issue of terrorism.
Response should be 300 words each seminar.
