A. Students are to discuss the etiological theory of substance abuse that most fits with their understanding of chemical dependency and alcohol and drug treatment. Which theories do you ascribe to and which theories would you utilize to guide your counseling with a substance abuser?
B. Discuss your understanding of how exercise or other specific activities might help in recovery, and your views on substance abuse recovery from the perspective of mind, body and spirit.
