In this assignment, students will complete a process map or SIPOC for the identified process opportunity from Week 2.
Required Elements to include in Process Mapping or SIPOC:
· Create the process map or SIPOC.
· Discuss the elements of the process map.
· Provide a brief summary of your experience completing the tool.
Required Formatting of Team Building Techniques Exercise:
· Title page with your name, the course name, title, the date, and instructor's name.
· Submit the paper in the Assignment Folder.
