Assignment Task: Evaluate the current risk control for the risks identified in the hazard identified are slips, trips, and falls. Discuss the effectiveness of the current controls. Utilize the Hierarchy of Control to develop procedures to control the risk, either using the control measures or implementing new, more effective controls developed by you. The procedure must be practical, realistic and able to be applied in your organisation. Be sure to include:
