Question assignment:
There are two mandatory short answer questions; additionally you may select one of three questions for extra credit. Put answers into your own words. Please do not skimp on your responses. Provide original examples where appropriate. Limit your responses to information from class or from your textbook.
Questions are-
1- How would we use ipsative behavior to determine if someone is depressed? (Be sure to define "ipsative".)
2-What are 4 different ways we can determine if a behavior is abnormal?
Bonus Question
You may answer ONE of the following questions for extra credit. Please indicate the number of the question you are answering.
1. Discuss the effectiveness of anti-depressants.
2. How might you treat someone with a specific phobia?
3. What is the S.P.E.C.T. study? (I didn't use the term SPECT; this was the last experiment we discussed where subjects were shown "neutral" words and "emotional" words. Describe the experiment and the results.)
