Leadership Discussion
Discuss the effective use of teams in an organization. According to your textbook, what are some criteria organizations can apply to determine with participation in a team is likely to be effective? Share an example from your own work, school, or personal experience in which you were involved with a team. Was the team successful or unsuccessful? In hindsight, how many of the criteria were present in your team experience?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
