Over the next few years, you will be gainfully employed. That means that you will have seen the Human Resource department. There you will sign several contracts, discuss benefits, and discuss the idea that there is a 60 - 90 day introductory period. Non-disclosure and non-compete contracts are two of the important contracts that an IT Professional will sign.
Do some research and find information on what each is and how they may affect your life.
