We've talked in class on how interests are distinct from positions (this is an idea that comes from Fisher and Ury in Getting to Yes). Explain what this means (how interests are different from positions) using Bob White as an example. In other words, discuss the difference between some of the positions White takes versus his true interests. Give at least two examples.
