Personal values and Ethical standard paper
Consider the following questions:
1. Write a 1500 word paper on the development of personal values , ground rules , and ethics
2. Focus on the human development aspects rather than on particular position on any issue, and support those aspects with recorded documented theories. Identifying a developmental theory that supports how one's values are shaped, and mostly influences ones values in the growing years.
3. Support all developmental assertions, theories and concepts with sources that can support developmental theories and influences.
4. Discuss the implications of your values for your work as a human service professional
5. Discuss a specific dilemma in relation to the ethical standards of human service professional , in which you would experience little difficulty due to a concordance between ethical practice and your personal belief
6. Address a specific ethical dilemma , in relation to the ethical standards of human service professionals, in which you either anticipate difficulty or have experienced in ethical practice due to a conflict or discordance between practice and your personal values.
7. Explain how one's personal values affect one's professional values.
8. Based on an organizational code of ethics discussed in this class what would be the correct the correct way to handle the identified dilemma? Identify and summarize ; but do not duplicate
Format your paper to APA standards.
A minimum of four (4) sources are required for you to support your work. Two (2) must be peer reviewed, and one being Freeman, the course text. The use of applicable codes is also required.
