Design and Build Phases
Discuss the design and the build phases from a systems development life cycle perspective and the relationship between each in relation to the adoption of electronic medical records. Support your post with at least two references other than your textbooks. Answer the question in context of your workplace (hospital)experience or research.

The source can be the course text, another relevant book, any assigned readings, or an article you find on your own through the Capella Library.
