Locate two peer-review articles written within the last 3 years pertaining to a case about a crime against a person and a crime against a property. Provide an overview of these cases, and analyze the types of crime that were committed. Additionally, review and discuss what type of defenses the defendants utilized.
Your case study must be at least three pages in length, not counting the title page and references page. A minimum of three references must be used, one of which can be your textbook. Adhere to APA Style when constructing this assignment, and make certain to include in-text citations and references for all sources that are used. Please note that no abstract is needed.
