Assignment:
Research two articles in the library or on the web that pertain to Cost Analysis & Negotiation Techniques. You will be required to compare and contrast the goals and objectives, point of view, and bias of the author for both articles. In your paper, remember to explain the purpose of the article, identify the author's point of view, and the bias of the author (is the author a spokesperson for a product or company, are they an academic, etc.)
Response should be 2 to 3 pages in length, plus the title and reference page. Remember to include a link to both of the articles and make sure that the paper includes at least three references, two which must be the original articles under review.
