You, having had physics in college, tell them to think of a bicycle wheel.
Explain to them the principles of rotational dynamics as illustrated by a bicycle wheel and discussed in this week's theory.

Mammals that depend on being able to run fast have slender lower legs with flesh and muscle concentrated high close to the body.
