Among the types of ADR (e.g., arbitration, mediation, etc.) discussed within the textbook, choose any two (2) types of ADR that pique your interest. Next, compare and contrast the main similarities and differences of the ADRs that you have chosen, and provide at least one (1) situation in which parties may choose these ADRs in question.
Discuss the concepts of in personam and in rem jurisdiction; explain the primary difference(s) between them. Why do the courts need long arm statutes and how do they help the plaintiff get his/her day in court? How do each of these concepts help protect due process for the potential defendant?
