Select three of the following nine questions and provide a two page response to each question. Make sure you clearly identify which question you are answering (not just by number) in your reflection paper.

1. Many times in projects, even though the team members think they understand the written documentation, there is a disconnect with what individuals envision as project success. As a project manager, how would you help people to articulate the meaning of project success? Why is this important? Discuss this concept relative to the triple constraint.

2. How do individual differences affect one's ability to competently lead a project team? Be mindful of the readings and deliverables throughout this course and your experiences with your team.

3. Describe a project that you are familiar with that have at least 5 different stakeholders. Compare and contrast the communication tools and techniques that have worked with each one. Identify communication problems that were encountered with each stakeholder group, and based on the experiences in the class, describe what could be done differently in the future.

4. Compare and contrast the PMI® code of ethics with the code of ethics in your current work organization.

5. How could you keep track of various lessons learned associated with communications in order to apply these to a variety of projects and situations? How could you ensure that you don't make the same error twice?

6. A new project team is considering using extensive social media as part of the communications plan to keep all stakeholders engaged. What advice would you give them and why? What pitfalls might they encounter and how can they successful navigate around them?

7. Describe a project that you are familiar with and remember the WBS. Describe what tasks should be delegated by the project manager and why. Be sure to provide rationale for each decision.

8. Pick a project team that you are familiar with. What are sources of conflict on project teams? As a project manager, how can you prevent or overcome these?

9. What specific skills and competencies need to be developed in order to create effective communication strategies in project management? Provide your rationale for each one. follow outline attached.
