The code of ethics is the set of behavioral rules employees ,must follow to ensure the company's values are reflected in all business dealings. The codes of ethics have been compared to the Ten Commandments in which the former are guidelines for us to follow on a daily basis.
You are the owner of a business. Create a code of ethics poster for your employees in Word. Feel free to use any appropriate Smart Art or other visually appealing elements (with proper citations for any external elements). Include at least six values that will be implemented by your company that all employees must follow.
Each value will have a concise statement describing that ethical standard. Keep in mind that you are creating this code of ethics as if each employee will view the code as they enter the door. Therefore, create a poster that is creative and inspiring.
