Discussion Post: Organizational Network
The purpose of this discussion is for students to diagram and demonstrate their understanding of the organizational networks that are around them. If you are not currently part of an organization, you may use a former organization that you were a part of for this assignment.
• Students will be diagram a network they have been a part of, according to Chapter 12 of the Richmond textbook. Your diagrams will differ in content based on the number of networks you belong to.
• You will also list the channels of communication that are used with each network and label the diagram accordingly.
• Students may draw this diagram by hand or use a graphic program or word processing program (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.) to prepare one, 8½ X 11 inch diagram. Depending on the number of networks you show, you may have more than one network on your sheet.
The response must include a reference list. One-inch margins, double-space, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
