We'll explore the ways that organizations and their stakeholders (leaders, employees, and others) are impacted by personal, cultural, and societal values, norms, and laws. Post a well-considered paragraph outlining the relationship between morals, ethics, and laws. Use at least 2 academically credible sources, and cite them within (Wikipedia is not an academically credible source). Your textbook does not count as an academically credible source. Discuss at least one thing related to organizations that is currently legal, but you feel may be immoral, or one thing that is currently illegal, but you feel is perfectly moral. Present your reasoning for why it is or is not moral. Be sure to focus on issues that would be relevant in the field of Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Discuss the challenges that arise when an individual employee's ethical/moral beliefs do not align with organizational practices.
