Use the proper terms for response options selected, and give an explanation as to why you decided on that particular decision (e.g. detention under Mental Health Act and take to hospital; released on a promise to appear or recognizance, or arrest and taken to jail etc.). Explain fully and in detail. Discuss the authorities & legislation related to your action. Ensure you cite the proper legislation, quote legislative section, Canadian Federal and Ontario only. Discuss the challenges and/or positives that may occur due to your decision. Be specific, which facility you may use if required and why. Remember you are in Waterloo Region.
