Access the OSHA website for the new 2002 recordkeeping rule and review the information contained there. Discuss at least one significant aspect (change) of the new rule. Relate how that aspect, or any other change associated with the new rule, has come to influence your workplace since its adoption in 2002. Was the effect positive or negative? Has the accident or injury rate at your workplace risen or declined since that time? If you have not seen any aspect of change in your workplace since the new rule went into effect - why do you think that happened? Should/could the safety supervisor have done a better job of training or informing the employees?
